Leg Injury in Motorcycle Collision

March 20, 2014 By Jessica

A client travelling on his motorcycle approached an intersection, having the right away.  Another motor vehicle failed to yield at the intersection, and the client collided with the rear end of the vehicle that failed to yield.  The injuries to the client’s leg sustained in the collision prevented him from returning to his full time employment for over a year.

The client retained Kelly Law Offices, P.C., who worked diligently to obtain No-Fault benefits for the client resulting in payment of lost wages and medical bills.  Attorneys Kelly and Sova also negotiated a six-figure settlement with the at-fault driver’s insurance company.
