- Mandatory additional 30-day suspension if convicted of driving while suspended due to failure to pay tickets or appear in court; reinstatement fee of $125.00 due.
- $500.00 Driver Responsibility Fee for two consecutive years.
- Second Offense:
- Misdemeanor
- Up to $1,000.00 fine, up to one (1) year in jail, or both.
- Mandatory additional suspension of original suspension’s length.
- Vehicle may be immobilized for up to 180 days.
- $500.00 Driver Responsibility Fee for two (2) consecutive years.
