A client was convicted of second (2nd) Offense Drunk Driving
He tried unsuccessfully on two (2) occasions to obtain a restricted license from the Secretary of State (DAAD). He was without driving privileges for a period of six (6) years.
He retained KELLY LAW OFFICES, P.C. to Appeal the Secretary of State’s Denial to the Circuit Court. The Mason County Circuit Court overruled the Secretary of State Hearing Officer and granted the client a restricted driver’s license with the right to return in one (1) year to apply for full restoration. Having successfully completed the probationary period, he was granted full restoration of his driving privileges.
